Mr. Ke Diep is the Chief Executive Officer of KVT. INC, USA, an international Business Consultant specializing in the provision of consulting business solutions. Prior to this role, he used to be CEOs for over 18 years with many international companies from other countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA. During those years, he had taken various roles in the foreign companies as an Assistant to Chairman, Assistant to General Director/CEO. He has extensive experience in general affairs especially in Joint-Venture contracts, import-export processing. Successfully drove market penetration within Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, and Vietnam as well as other surrounding regions. He specialized in developed plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure rapid business penetration and growth. And having concurrently is Chief executive officer of Asia Golden Link INC, the USA since October 2008. With a full range of consultant solutions to help get people to their desired destinations – on time and in compliance with local business laws and regulations. Mr. Ke Diep used to be the General Director of the Glowtec Environmental (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, a regional environmental engineering company which is the subsidiary of Glowtec Environmental Group of Companies- Singapore specializing in the provision of water and wastewater treatment solutions. Prior to this role, he used to be a professor (especially in Foreign Affair specialized in Joint-Venture contract, foreign investment) for over 18 years. During those years, he had taken various roles in the Government and non-governmental organization, chief representative office for Hong Kong, Australian companies. He has extensive experience in general affair especially in Joint-Venture contracts, import-export processing, business development.
Mr.Ke used to be General Director in Glowtec Environmental (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. At this position, he fully owns subsidiary - Glowtec Environmental (Vietnam) Co., Ltd and also heads the Branch Office in Ha Noi from October 2005 to August 2015.
He is currently a President and CEO of two U.S firms, provides a full range of consultant solutions to help get people to their desired destinations – on time and in compliance with local business laws and regulation in accordance with the services for the complete array of a business transaction.
Mr. Dennis Yan is our consulting lawyer, to ensure AGL will conduct its business in a lawful manner, to prevent any mismanagement by AGL. DENNIS YAN is a seasoned business executive and an attorney with engineering and law degrees. He has extensive business and marketing experience in California, Asia Pacific, and Africa. He has managed regional sales offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and India. He has over twenty years of sales and market consulting experiences in the Asia Pacific (China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN countries, India, and Australia) and Africa (South Africa, Tanzania, Nigeria, Malawi, Zambia); He manages an international law firm with offices in California, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and provides legal and consulting services to corporate clients.
Mr. Mike is a high-energy, focused, self-starter and team player with over 40 years of management experience gained in high volume aerospace, and industrial environments. He is a strategic thinker with a thorough knowledge of customer services, marketing, and business development, with the ability to develop and execute business opportunities at all levels. He has worked within the corporate environment including CEO, CFO, SFO, and Presidential levels at companies such as Boeing, Lockheed, SunRise Medical, and Water Resources. He has worked as a lobbyist at the White House. Mr. Mike has experience working within the corporate structure for both internal and external customers including manufacturing, engineering, and finance, ultimately driving all facets to increase sales and bottom line profits. But most important is my consultant ability to connect people and businesses in the USA and International markets.
